Yesterday, we gathered with City of Clive staff and project design partners to celebrate as we near completion of the final phases of the City of Clive Greenbelt Project.

We are honored to have served as the construction manager for both the City Hall and Greenbelt projects. These projects represent years of planning, collaboration, and dedication from many talented individuals and organizations.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed their expertise and hard work along the way. With just a couple of weeks remaining, we're looking forward to seeing the final elements come together and the Greenbelt ready to welcome the community for Clive Fest on July 17.

Our team had a fantastic time participating in Corporate Games Dodgeball and came home with a third-place finish. Congratulations to everyone who stepped onto the court and represented our organization with enthusiasm, teamwork, and determination. 🎉

It was a wonderful evening celebrating 25 years of impact and recognizing the people, partnerships, and progress that have helped make a difference for patients and families throughout Iowa and the region. We’re honored to support the center’s mission and look forward to seeing its continued impact for years to come.

What a great time we had last Friday at NAWIC’s Golf Outing at Terrace Hills in Altoona! ⛳

It was a fantastic day filled with great conversations, new connections, and plenty of fun on the course. We always appreciate opportunities to connect with others in our industry and support organizations that make those connections possible.

A huge thank you to NAWIC for organizing such a successful event. We’re grateful to have been part of it and are already looking forward to next year! 🎉👷🏼‍♀️

Last Friday, we kicked off summer with our 8th Annual DCI Bags Tournament! ☀️

Filled with friendly competition, sunshine, and team camaraderie, it was a great day to step away from the office, connect with coworkers, and enjoy one of our favorite annual traditions!

We are proud to share the completed multi phase renovation of Clive City Hall, a 27,000 square foot transformation.

The project included new City Council Chambers, upgraded offices and conference rooms, enhanced public areas, and a redesigned reception space. Unique design features such as a living moss wall, reclaimed wood from City of Clive parks, and acoustic ceiling treatments help create a welcoming and functional civic environment.
