The construction industry is built on relationships, and events like this bring together contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry leaders from across Iowa for a great day of networking, fellowship, and friendly competition.

Final Touches in Walford!

We’re putting the finishing touches on our new Eastern Iowa headquarters in Walford as exterior painting continues across the campus.

While Heartland Finishes, Heartland Door & Frame, and DA Bunch have already moved in and are serving customers from the new location, it’s exciting to see the final details coming together ahead of our upcoming Ribbon Cutting & Open House on June 23rd.

This project represents more than a new facility—it’s an investment in our people, our customers, and the future of our companies. We’re proud of what has been accomplished and grateful to everyone who helped bring this vision to life.

We can’t wait to welcome employees, customers, vendors, professional service partners, and community members to see the space and celebrate this milestone with us.

Welcome Home, Cody!

After months of serving our country overseas, Cody Woiwood is finally home and reunited with his wife and meeting his child in person for the very first time. Moments like these remind us of the sacrifices made not only by those who wear the uniform, but also by the families who support them every step of the way.

At HRTLND, Cody is more than a Project Manager at Heartland Finishes. He is a teammate, a leader, a friend, and an important part of our family. While he was away serving our nation, he remained a valued part of the HRTLND team, and we are incredibly grateful to have him safely back home where he belongs.

The smiles, tears, hugs, and first moments captured here are ones we’ll never forget.

Cody, thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and your commitment to something bigger than yourself. We are proud of you, proud of your family, and honored to welcome you home.
