Some times a few updates can add so much to change the curb appeal of your home. This home had the fascia and soffit and garage doors painted Sherman Williams Iron Ore to update from the tan that was originally on the garage doors. The house was already Shoji White so we took that color, diluted it and washed the stone so some of the color on the stone would still come through. This changed the look of the home drastically and updated it. How can we help you with your curb appeal? You’ll be AMAZED!

Our talented crew came together in between rain storms last month to build this beautiful Timbertech Deck in Prime Collection with a Coconut Husk color and a Westbury Tuscany railing. The original wood deck was 12 x 14 and we took it out to a 20’ width by adding a helical pier. We were able to wrap and enclose all of the beams and posts with LP Smartside products and installed a pet style screen underneath to keep the birds and insects out. This great customer is ready to enjoy these amazing fall weekends on their new maintenance free deck. How can we help simplify and make your home work for you? You’ll be AMAZED!

Yesterday our company celebrated heading into its 23rd year. Our experience and creativity have helped us bring your wishes to reality and we have been pushing ourselves forward to bring you the best possible outcome for your project with every year we mature. This week we wrapped up this very functional gable entry we designed for a wonderful existing client. We added this open gable entry with stained cedar underneath. A hanging light fixture to show off the beautiful gable details. The stone coated steel roof tied in perfectly with their existing roof. We finished this off with some really unique looking rain chains the customer picked out. How can we help you make your house work better for you?

One of our great existing clients asked us for help with her basement finish. We were able to collaborate with her and make her vision come to life. We utilized the space under the stairs to house some great built in doors and drawers for storage and continued that around with a complete wall of built in book shelves. We completed a bar area that is set up for entertaining with some custom built features as well. A large format tile floor was installed to bring everything together. How can we create a space that works for you? You’ll be AMAZED!

Really nice collaboration with the design team at The Elements at Prairie Trail and our team to complete this bathroom remodel. Originally just a tub, we used large tiles to create a shower space. The original wood window wouldn’t have worked well for the shower so we replaced it with a Pella Windows and Doors Impervia awning with obscure glass. We added a lower height KOHLER Entity bathtub and complemented it with chrome Delta Fixtures and grab bars. Our team painted the cabinets and installed new trim as well as painted the walls and ceiling. It may just be a simple bathroom but there are so many details that come into play for a successful remodel. How can our team transform your home? You’ll be AMAZED!

As we move into a very hot week ahead with our temps over 100 degree heat index it gets awfully hard to enjoy that outdoor space with out some kind of shade. Our Bondurant customer came to us with a rendering of what they needed to be able to enjoy their new homes patio. Our crews came in and added this amazing roof over their patio. Our overall goal is to make it flow with their home’s architecture and not make it look like an out of place add on. How can we help you enjoy your outdoor time and your investment. You’ll be AMAZEX!

These amazing Bondurant customers had a wood deck with a few maintenance issues and an ongoing situation keeping up with a painted deck. They threw in the towel and let our talented team of craftsmen come in and provide a TimberTech Tiger wood deck with a diggerspecialtiesinc powdercoated Verticable railing system with the already in use drink rail. Now these owners can sit back, relax, enjoy the outdoors and not have deck maintenance interfering with their enjoyment. How can we help transform your outdoor space into something that works better for your lifestyle. You’ll be amazed!

These wonderful Ankeny homeowners trusted us with their needs to complete this absolutely stunning 3 season room for them. It’s beautiful, functional and most importantly fits their needs. Whether it’s an outdoor space for grilling or an indoor spot for getting out of the sun and enjoying the breeze while you’ve got a game on. A 3 season room can extend your outdoor season by weeks, especially with the use of Eze Breeze windows and their matching Cabana door. We’ve added a dual element Infratech quartz heater to knock that chill off as the 3 season porch months get cooler or if it’s the cool spring air you’re wanting to warm up. Our Team of highly qualified craftsman are the best in the industry and we won’t rest until every detail is complete on your project.
You’ll be AMAZED!!
