A major milestone is taking shape at Building 12 in Port Washington, WI.

Last month, our team successfully erected the first fan deck of Dry Cooler 3, the heaviest lift of the project to date. Weighing 61,000 pounds, the massive fan deck was safely lifted into place using a 600-ton crane.

Once complete, the cooling tower will stand more than 60 feet tall, making it the tallest structure onsite and capable of moving an incredible 3 million cubic feet of air per minute.

From the ground to more than 60 feet in just 30 minutes, this milestone was the result of careful planning, precise ex*****on, and, most importantly, a team working together to get the job done safely.

Construction continues to move forward at John's Island Club as our team has officially reached the halfway point of the Clubhouse Renovation and New Parking Garage project.

Across the clubhouse, crews are advancing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, installing new windows, setting rooftop mechanical equipment, and preparing kitchen spaces for their next phase of transformation. At the same time, the new parking garage is taking shape, with precast er****on complete, concrete work finished, and exterior architectural details, elevator installation, and finishing touches now underway.

Reaching this milestone reflects the dedication, coordination, and expertise of the entire project team as work progresses across multiple facilities and construction activities simultaneously.

With several major milestones already completed and exciting work still ahead, the transformation continues to take shape as the project moves closer to completion.

An afternoon of giving back with our Arizona team!

Alongside community volunteers, our team partnered with Feed My Starving Children to pack 64,152 nutritious meals for children in need. That’s enough to provide 176 children with a daily meal for an entire year!

FMSC ships meals to nearly 70 countries around the world, supporting communities in need through nutritious food and meaningful partnerships.

We’re proud of our Arizona team for coming together to make an impact beyond the projects we build. Thank you to everyone who participated!
