🔍 This is exactly why roof inspections matter.

During this inspection, we found the ridge cap broken in multiple areas, along with failed seals around the pipe boots and chimney. These damaged areas were allowing water to make its way into the home. 💧🏠

Roof leaks aren’t always obvious from the ground. Sometimes a few damaged shingles, broken ridge caps, or failed seals can lead to water damage, mold, and much more expensive repairs if they aren’t caught early.

Built in 1890, this beautiful Victorian home has stood for more than 130 years. During this project, we installed a new roof, refreshed the exterior with new paint, and recreated several of the original decorative details that had deteriorated over time.
