✨ Project Complete: Celebrate Dental 🦷

We’re excited to celebrate the completion of Celebrate Dental’s first Iowa location, right here in Des Moines!

From pre-construction strategic planning and project management to construction, SHYFT partnered with Celebrate Dental & Braces - Iowa and SSOE Group to bring this project from concept to completion.

The result is a modern, welcoming dental office designed around both Celebrate Dental’s operational needs and the patient experience and we’re proud to have been part of making their vision a reality.

Another project complete, another space brought to life. A Better Way to a Better Space. 🏗️✨

Just like that, there’s drywall in the upstairs living space of our Uptown Project on University Ave! 🏗️✨

This project is really starting to come together, and every day we get one step closer to bringing this unique commercial + residential space to life.

At SHYFT, we believe in A Better Way to a Better Space — and this project is a great example of seeing that vision take shape. We’re proud to be part of the process from planning to building and can’t wait to see the finished product!

A new chapter for Creston, Iowa. Parkway Heights Rowhomes is officially complete, marking the transformation of a former school site into 36 new studio, one-, and two-bedroom homes.

From breaking ground to handing over the keys, this project was a true team effort!
