Here is Mid American New Central Campus in Sioux City, IA! Project size is 135,500 square feet. This roof membrane is Carlisle’s FleeceBack TPO with the thickness of 135 mil. The membrane is splatter foam to a cover board and each layer of insulation is splatter foam together.

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Academy Roof for their outstanding work on our Roof. They have been doing a fantastic job with our requests starting with how they handled their materials and storage. They’ve also protected the insulation by covering it with tarps to prevent damage from sun and rain. Additionally, they were proactive about the scupper and downspout issues. They began testing every third scupper on the roof, applying two different water pressures to simulate varying rainfall conditions both high pressure and a gentle, slow pressure. Thanks to their thorough testing and our recent rain, we only found two leaking scuppers and one leaking downspout. They quickly addressed these issues, re-water-tested them, and documented their corrections. To show our appreciation for Cole the foreman of Academy Roof, and his crew we are providing them with a quality coin as a token of our gratitude for their hard work and commitment to quality.”

Cinemark Theater Ames, IA. This project was 41,400 Square Feet! We removed the existing membrane, replaced bad sections of the insulation and added 1.5” of insulation to the existing insulation. We reinstalled new crickets at the drains and installed new coping cap. We also mechanically fastened 60mil Elevate TPO membrane. This roof received a 20-year warranty!

Quad Graphics in Waukee. We moved the ballast (2” river rock), removed the old membrane, replace bad section of insulation and decking when needed. We added 1” ISO to existing insulation height, installed new 90mil Elevade EPDM, added a slip sheet between the membrane and the rock for protection. This roof received a 20 Year Warranty. Project size was 106,000 square feet.
