This is crazy. Unfortunately we have had many messages quite similar. The “homeowner” is always out of town for work or deployed. So there’s no real communication except for email or text. The last two times we actually got to speak with the homeowner or the lister and they had no clue what was happening. Thankfully we never did the work after the red flags. 🚩 it’s best to meet in person if at all possible.
