Check out one of our latest projects! This 2” x 1” PEX tee was leaking and had previously been temporarily repaired with repair tape. Our team shut down the water supply to the building and removed the existing leaking 2” x 1” PEX tee. They installed a new 2” x 1” PEX tee and restored water service to the building.

Then, they installed a new pipe support beneath the water piping supplying the meter to provide proper support and reduce stress on the fitting. They tested the repair after installation and verified there were no leaks and that the system was operating properly.

This toilet had been leaking for a very long time. Our team removed the toilet and inspected toilet fl**ge and discovered that the toilet fl**ge needed to be replaced. They removed old toilet fl**ge, and installed new toilet fl**ge with new wax ring and reset toilet.

This customer had an ongoing bathtub/shower leak that was previously “repaired” by a home warranty contractor using silicone around the tub spout, which did not fix the actual issue. Upon inspection, FCS Plumbing diagnosed a leaking shower valve and tub spout that allowed water to run behind the tub surround and seep through cracks, causing water damage and leaking through the kitchen ceiling below. They removed and replaced the existing shower valve and tub spout, then tested the system to ensure proper operation and confirmed the leak was fully corrected. We repaired a leaking toilet by replacing a broken fl**ge, installing new bolts and wax ring, and properly resetting the toilet so it’s secure and leak-free again.
