Homeowner said during cold weather she noticed dripping on ceiling and walls.
Told her we would investigate when we removed her shingles. Area of roof deck was soaked. Not caused by shingles but attic moisture.

This home belongs to one of Fritz’s best customers. Two rental homes, his place of business, and his Home residence all damaged by hail.
His motto is “where I go hail will follow”.
The least Fritz could do is put a Certain Teed Northgate hail resistant shingle on his beautiful residence.
We picked the color for him in Granite Grey and We think we hit a home run.
