Project Highlight: Ashland Apartments

We’re proud to showcase this multifamily adaptive reuse project, transforming the historic 1930 Our Lady of Lourdes Convent at 4637 N Ashland Ave, Uptown, Chicago, into modern luxury apartments while preserving its timeless charm. In our first picture, you can see Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church through the window.
