TMG has closed on the acquisition of 3106 S. Homan Avenue, a 2.87-acre industrial outdoor storage site in Chicago. The property is fully leased to Schneider National and includes a 16,000 SF truck maintenance building. Properly zoned infill sites like this are getting harder to find across Chicagoland. We’re glad to add this one to our portfolio.

In September, we added two new team members to our roster. Join us in welcoming Tyler Cummings and Virgil Villarreal. Tyler made the move from Virginia to Chicago to join TMG as a Project Engineer. He's taking on his PE role working alongside our Oxxford Lofts team.
Virgil brings a lengthy, impressive background and is hitting the ground running as the Senior PM for our 698k sf BTS for hand2mind.

We couldn't have asked for a better day this past Saturday at the Walk to End Alzheimer's, and we're so grateful to everyone who donated and came out to walk with us.

In just two months, more than 100 people contributed to our fundraiser, and together we raised nearly $50,000.

It was incredibly moving to see so many people whose lives have been touched by this disease come together to celebrate the progress toward a cure. Thank you to everyone who showed up for such an important cause.
