I cant be more serious when I say be careful of home warranty companies and their contractors. This customer is getting the absolute worst outcomes. I’m not even going to go into the many MANY reasons whoever did this should not have a license. Brand new A2L refrigerant air handler installed on an old broken heat pump unit. I cant make this up. I feel so bad for this customer.

Just a helpful tip from an HVAC guy. If you know your system is on its last leg, know you want to replace it before summer time or just want an upgrade, give us or your normal hvac company a call to get it done before spring break hits.
