One this box, the top is is made from curly maple, body is made from Spanish cedar, the drawer fronts are walnut, no stain just clear coat. The inside is lined with velvet.

I’m very happy that Susan give free rein to build this one of a kind box.

I made this 8x8 by layering all the different colors in layers and set my laser at different levels to make this. It was my first time doing layered colors. Le me know what you think. Thanks

Hello all. I haven’t posted in a while. I’ve been very busy getting our house ready for sale, not going far but hope to move and get a lot bigger shop so I can do more.

I laser engraved this picture from a photograph on the front of a magazine from the 70s. It was my best friend’s dad. He was the mayor of Memphis and a POW in the war. This was an interview from the magazine. He was an awesome man.

In a few days I will be posting one of my proudest projects. I can’t post it yet, it was a surprise gift for someone. I look forward to getting feedback when I post it.

Greetings. I recently shared the color palette and have been working on this project. There are a few minor adjustments and a final clear coat remaining. Please disregard the appearance of the lights, which are still wet; I wanted to provide an update nonetheless. Further images will be shared upon completion, including the addition of clock hands and numbers. The diameters of the pieces are 16 inches and 38 inches. Thank you for your interest in my work. Ray
