Super cool place on Cotton Lake I just finished up!
It was starting to look pretty rough but now it feels brand new!
Prepped and sprayed/backbrushed all of the siding on the house, sun room, and garage!
Then put 2 coats on the decks and block.

Just wrapped up this awesome farm house that was built in 1917. All original wood.
Scraped and sanded like crazy, feathering everything out. Sprayed and backbrushed a coat of oil primer. Sprayed and backbrushed a coat of PeelStop primer. Filled and caulked every gap and then did 2 topcoats.
Super happy with how this all turned out!

Re-stained this big lake home by Dent! Also tidied up some windows, garage doors, and service door.
All of this siding has a much richer color now as well as being protected from the elements!

Finally got 2 nice days this last weekend to finish up this big deck! Needed the rain the hold off and the boards to get under 15% moisture before any coating goes on.

Took off roughly 90% of the old coating between pressure washing and sanding. Then applied 2 coats of solid stain.

This is the best route for an old deck like this. The elements are super harsh on any deck in MN. Yearly maintenance/small touchups are required and every 3-4 years a full clean, buff, and re-coat should be done.

Fun project I finished today! Painted all of the siding, shakes, trim and foundation on this cabin and garage👍🏻 Super fun color to use and a big change from the outdated yellow!

Knocked out the first exterior project of the year last week👌🏻 this faded steel siding tidied up nice!
