𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙒𝙖𝙡𝙠-𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙂𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙚

Today, we’re installing a 𝐡𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 with 𝐬𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐚𝐦, along with 𝐟𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 insulation in the walls and 𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐦 sound barrier for added comfort and sound reduction.

We also wanted to mention why we chose a hot roof system for this project. Insulating at the roofline helps create a more conditioned, energy-efficient attic space while helping control air movement and moisture.

Gemenie also explains why we’re spraying the concrete with foam, which is especially important in our cold Minnesota climate.
