​Exterior siding is nearly wrapped up! 🪵 Big wins this week: those beautiful screen porches are fully installed, the new overhead doors are in, and the house is officially locked and secured tight! 🔒🚪
​On the inside, walls are cut, rolled, and painted. Next week, cabinet installation begins! 🎨📦

PROGRESS IS FLYING IN FRAZEE! 🚀🔨✨
​Big things are happening over at our Frazee custom home project, and the transformation inside and out is unbelievable! 🏠🔥
​On the exterior, all of our concrete flatwork is officially poured, set, and in place. 🚛🧱
​Meanwhile, on the inside, the drywall phase is near completion! Every room has been fully textured, and the ceilings are freshly spray-painted a crisp, bright white. 🎨⚪
​Next up, the painting crew moves in to cut and roll all the beautiful custom wall colors. Once that paint dries, we will be rolling right into the high-end interior finishes! 🛠️💎
​We are moving fast and building precision quality every step of the way. Stay tuned as this stunning custom build gets closer to the finish line! 💥🏡

Insulation is officially wrapped up, the house is fully stocked, and drywall hanging starts TODAY! 🛠️⚡ Zero downtime on this build—we are absolute clipping along and keeping the momentum rolling fast! ⚡🏡💨
