Tory Wallace, a graduate of the Detroit Training Center's Masonry Restoration Program with Asbestos, is a charismatic and talkative individual. He enjoys playing NBA 2K24 on his PlayStation 5. As a proud graduate, Tory often reflects on his experiences. Although his masonry professor was stern at times, she ensured that Tory performed his work quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, correctly. He chose to attend the program because he likes working with his hands and values the ability to look at what he has built and take pride in his accomplishments.

He attended the program at no cost, with funding provided by the city of Detroit. Initially, Tory considered starting his own LLC. However, he is now contemplating enrolling in the Detroit Training Center's Drywall Program to acquire additional skills for rebuilding houses in Detroit.

As a result, qualified individuals can attend the Detroit Training Center’s Masonry Restoration Program with Asbestos at no cost to them, thanks to our funding partners.

Attend our orientation tomorrow to learn how you can apply for funding assistance and start a new and rewarding career in Masonry Restoration.
