DDC was established to satisfy the need for a comprehensive contracting service combining safety, critical skills in project management,

project success. Our mission is to provide health and safety training to enable a realistic and safe approach to all projects, provide consistent on-site management on all operations, perform all work with the utmost skill and integrity, and innovate work practices performed by experienced personnel. DDC specializes in selective and total demolition projects in Michigan and Ohio. Our projects are in both the industrial and commercial sectors; examples include automotive and power plants, paper and steel mills, hospitals, universities, retail and lease space, and high-rise buildings.
