Some projects mean a little more. ✨

Years ago, our Marketing Director’s dad led the development of Erickson Senior Living communities. Returning to Fox Run to refresh the employee lounge, kitchen, and accessible restroom made this project feel especially full circle.

We’re grateful to the Fox Run team for trusting Ferlito Group with these spaces and proud to help create an environment that supports the people who care for residents every day. 💙

We’re excited to welcome Inner Artist Studio to Starboard Center!

Congratulations to owner Cassie on her grand opening this past week. We’ve loved watching her bring this creative vision to life over the last few months.

Inner Artist Studio is a hands-on arts & crafts studio designed for artists of any age, with activities including bead bars, patchwork totes, pottery painting, polymer clay, charm decorating, canvas painting, and more. They also offer adorable party packages and creative events for birthdays, showers, and summer outings.

We're making great progress at Great Baraboo Brewing!

We’re continuing to make strong progress at Great Baraboo Brewing in Clinton Township.

Glass and glazing installation is now complete, and masonry and brickwork are nearing the finish line. Interior work is up next and will include a new tile floor, restored brick wall elements, and a copper focal wall feature that will become a standout detail in the space.
