Summer 🥵 Heat is on its way! Window AC units draw anywhere from 7-15 amps right out of the box. Older homes are often ran with only a 15a circuit for each bedroom IF you're lucky. Are you tripping circuit breakers? The recommended approach is a dedicated circuit to provide power for the AC.
Here is an example of a challenging scenario. Customer needed extra power for the AC they were putting in the 2nd and 3rd floor windows. The most effective route to provide this was on the outside with conduit/pipe - taking the circuits from the basement breaker panel right to the locations.⚡️
