This is what restricted airflow looks like. 😳
This evaporator coil had become completely packed with dust, dirt, and debris over years of operation. Compare the two photos and you can see just how much buildup was covering the coil and preventing air from properly passing through it.
When a coil gets this dirty, your system has to work much harder to move air and cool your home.
A clean coil can make a HUGE difference in how your system performs and the amount of energy it uses.

When a longtime customer’s 25+ year old system finally gave out, we were ready to help. After finding that the compressor had failed, we replaced the aging equipment with a new Trane package unit to get their home comfortable and running efficiently again.

we replaced an existing system with a new 3-ton American Standard package heat pump unit Getting the equipment into place was the real challenge—the system needed to travel nearly 90 feet, and the crane’s maximum reach was right around 80 feet we had to get creative and stretch another 10 feet!

That meant there wasn’t much room for error. Our crew and Diamond Crane Co carefully coordinated the lift, positioning, and installation to make sure everything went smoothly and safely.

No matter how difficult the access may be, we’ll find a way to get the job done right.
