We’re excited to share that Thrive in Thief River: 55+ Housing has been recognized with a 2026 Aliceann Wohlbruck Impact Award from the National Association of Development Organizations!

EAPC helped bring the community’s ideas to life by developing concepts for patio homes, duplexes, and apartments, presenting them at public meetings, and refining the designs based on resident feedback. We also created conceptual master plans to show how these housing options could fit together on potential development sites.

It’s rewarding to see a collaborative, community-focused planning effort receive national recognition.

We’re excited to share that we have officially broken ground on the Cass Lake IHS Hospital renovation and expansion. With work now underway, the hospital is being transformed to better serve patients, families, and staff.

The project includes a welcoming new hospital entrance and lobby, an expanded Emergency Department, flexible inpatient rooms, updated administrative areas, and new dining and staff support spaces. Modern building systems and sustainable design strategies will also improve the hospital’s comfort, efficiency, and long-term performance.

Just as importantly, the design reflects the community it serves. Inspired by the natural landscape of Gaamiskwaawaakokaag, Cass Lake, and Anishinaabeg traditions, the hospital incorporates connections to nature and design elements reminiscent of the surrounding forest to create a meaningful, culturally responsive healing environment.

Alanna and Paige had a great time spending the day on the golf course with members of a leading regional healthcare organization. Days like these are about more than golf—they’re an opportunity to strengthen relationships, share ideas, and enjoy time with the people we have the privilege of working alongside.

Exciting progress is underway in Grand Forks! Construction has officially begun on St. Carlo Acutis Middle School.

EAPC is honored to help create a school where faith, education, and community will come together to inspire future generations of students within the All Saints Catholic Schools Network.

EAPC was proud to sponsor this year’s Bemidji Downtown Dash 5K, and even prouder to cheer on several of our employees and their families who laced up their running shoes and crossed the finish line together.
