🌿 Meet the Crew – Kyle, General Manager
Meet Kyle! 👋
Kyle has been part of the Crew Cut Lawn Service family for over 16 years. As our General Manager, he helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the company while also leading one of our mowing crews. Whether he's planning the day's schedule, supporting the team, or out in the field serving customers himself, Kyle leads by example and is committed to delivering the quality and service our customers have come to expect.
Here's a little more about Kyle:
💬 What's your goal every day?
To prepare our crews for a successful day, make wise use of our time, and do our work with integrity. I want to serve every customer the same way I'd want someone to serve me.
📚 What's one lesson you've learned?
Encouragement goes a long way. It's easy to criticize, but a few kind words can completely change someone's day.
🤝 What's the best part of your job?
The friendships I've built with the guys I get to work alongside every day.
🌱 Favorite lawn pattern?
The classic diamond pattern. There's just something about those crisp, clean lines!
✂️ What's one lawn mistake homeowners often make?
Cutting the grass too short. Keeping your lawn a little taller—especially during the hot, dry months—helps it retain moisture, stay healthier, and remain greener. When mowed correctly, it still looks neat and well-maintained.
🏓 Favorite local activity?
Playing pickleball at Eagle's Park with my wife and boys or kayaking on the Heart River.
For more than 16 years, Kyle has helped set the standard for what Crew Cut Lawn Service is all about—leading with integrity, encouraging others, and never being afraid to jump in and get his hands dirty. We're grateful to have him leading both our team and one of our crews every day.
