All Counties Refrigeration LLC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician / Installer to join our growing team 🇺🇸

What We're Looking For:

• Experience servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential and commercial HVAC systems / commercial refrigeration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service
• Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Clean criminal record
• EPA Certification
• Willingness to work OT
• Honesty, integrity, & reliability

At All Counties, making sure our customers are treated right is a top priority 🇺🇸 We've met a ton of wonderful new people throughout the last week and are SO thankful for all of you who have trusted us with your HVAC/Refrigeration needs! 🖤 As a smaller family run business, the online recommendations/reviews mean the world to us and we truly appreciate those who have taken the time to recommend us!!

We've been working late into the evenings /nights trying to get as many people taken care of as possible, but there just aren't enough hours in the day. If you called us and we were already booked for the day, we're truly sorry we couldn't get to you this time - we hate not being able to help! Don't worry, All Counties has you covered this weekend 🇺🇸 We just restocked our shop with all the most commonly needed replacement parts and opened our schedule for Saturday emergencies; so if your AC has been making a funny noise for months, give us a call now to schedule before it's too late! Fun Fact: Dickinson, ND has only hit 106° six times in the last 50 years. We're forecasting a seventh time this upcoming Sunday.

This was a first for us at All Counties Refrigeration LLC - Western ND ‼️ Last week we got a call from a valued customer out of Dickinson who's AC went out at their property on Sakakawea... so naturally, we diagnosed the problem over the phone, picked up the part on our way out of town for the weekend, and brought along our tools. It may have taken alternate modes of transportation 🚤 & heading back through a storm ⚡️, but our customer and his family didn't have to sit in the heat all weekend and that's a win in our books 🇺🇸
