Over the years TAM has grown from 30 employees to approximately 60+ with the addition of our sister company LCDM (Est. 2013) and TAM Systems, the Ohio location (Est. 2020). The combined strengths between our field personnel, millwrights, steel erectors, and service personnel is where we believe our repeat customer base stems from. TAM prides themselves on maintaining an inventory of common materials and repair parts. This provides for a more efficient construction schedule, faster service for unexpected repairs and the ability to supply replacement parts to customers.
