TAM Systems is a closely held company, employee owned. Len, the President formed L Cubed Corporation which acquired TAM Systems, Inc. Over the years TAM has grown from 30 employees to approximately 60+ with the addition of our sister company LCDM (Est. 2013) and TAM Systems, the Ohio location (Est. 2020). TAM’s Sales & Design staff have a wide knowledge base to pull upon to assist you by being abl

e to understand your needs and concerns, designing the system that best suits each unique project, all while giving you a competitive price. The combined strengths between our field personnel, millwrights, steel erectors, and service personnel is where we believe our repeat customer base stems from. TAM prides themselves on maintaining an inventory of common materials and repair parts. This provides for a more efficient construction schedule, faster service for unexpected repairs and the ability to supply replacement parts to customers. One of the most expensive mistakes a grain facility can make is treating expansion as a future problem.

"If we double our storage five years from now, where will it go?"

That question influenced the design of Schiff Farms' new rail-loading facility in Delaware.

As the project team put it: "We try to make sure future additions are going to go well and get planned out correctly, so you don't build yourself into a corner."

Future storage, drying capacity and additional receiving infrastructure were all mapped out before the first phase was built.
