When trenchless isn’t an option, we’re the team you call. We specialize in full excavation and replacement of sewer lines beneath commercial and residential parking lots, done safely, efficiently, and to code. This auction house is being upgraded to apartments so we had to upgrade the existing 3 inch line to heavy duty schedule 80 6 inch line under the parking lot.

The cherry on top to any new house package. One of our favorite things to do is lawns and final grade, we bring in our own berm, which allows us to save the customer money. Along with our own topsoil to help clean it up and make it look spectacular. After the topsoil is down and raked out, we hit it with either our Hydro seeder or bale chopper to give it a nice smooth finished look.

This septic mound had root infiltration into the gravel and the pipes, causing it to bleed out the top of the mound. We came in removed the berm and gravel down to the sand. We added the necessary amount of fresh sand, gravel, and new pipe. Then as we backfilled, we covered all of stone with filter fabric to prevent infiltration of the dirt into the stone. Then we seeded and hayed the mound, To restore it back to mow-able lawn.

Septic line Repair, the original contractor did not bed the pipe correctly, causing multiple high and low points causing sewage to settle overtime, forming a massive clog. We excavated it and ran 40 feet of fresh pipe.
