Scope of work included installing a window well, french drain system with sump pump, dehumidifier and a few odd projects to address a repair addendum for a closing.

Drainage issues? We can help!

The issue:
Clients garage would flood during heavy rains. 💦

The fix:
Installed approx. 30 lf NDS channel drain, new front and back seamless gutters on garage and 4" downspout extensions. We were able to tie the whole system together and discharge in to an existing drainage system behind the garage. Now LET IT RAIN! 🌂 💦

Another bathroom renovation! 😀 Client wanted his wife to have a large soaking tub to enjoy (as any great husband would want for their loving wife!).

Scope included: Removing cast iron tun, mud set walls, tile floor, repairing subfloor from water damage, updating plumbing, new vanity, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, adding vent fan with ducting, adding recesses light over tub and so much more!
