Just wrapped up this structural job today. Replaced numerous joists, replaced 8' section of girder, sistered another 8' of girder, 8' of sill plate, new subfloor, torn out old block chimney, reworked sink drain and drywall work. 🙃

Just wrapped this one up. Unfortunately we had to come behind the cheapest bid and tear out all of their improper repairs.

Scope of work included full span sistering of joists, full span joist replacements, subfloor, luxury vinyl plank, drywall repair where a baseboard heater used to be, new baseboard and quarter round.

Some structural repairs where there were a few different issues going on. Sistered numerous joists to address crushed joists ends, sistered 2 full span joists to address where a plumber hacked through joists, repaired numerous waterline fitting leaks (quest pipe is the devil 😈) and handled some drywall repairs in vicinity of crushed joists.
