Where over 40 Years of Experience meet Excellence Mechanical Contractor

10/22/2026

We visited the St. Regis Residences job site in Sunny Isles for a little interview with José Luis Castellon, who has been part of the Jorda family for over 27 years!

José Luis is a great example of our culture and the dedication of the people who make Jorda what it is today.

We got to hear a little about his journey, his experiences, and what being part of Jorda for all these years has meant to him.

Proud to have people like José Luis on our team!💙

Another milestone in the Miami skyline, and one we’re proud to be part of.🙌

Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami has officially reached +960.94 feet, becoming the tallest residential tower south of Manhattan.

For our team at Jorda, a project of this scale represents what we do every day: bringing experience, coordination and ex*****on together to deliver the mechanical systems behind some of South Florida’s most complex buildings.

As the tower continues to rise, we’re proud of every member of our team whose work is helping bring this landmark project to life.

We’re proud to be part of this milestone, proud of the work that brought us here, and ready to keep making history with the projects that continue shaping Miami’s skyline.

Another day, another Q&A at Ocean House.👷‍♂️

Just like any other industry, ours continues to evolve, and so do the standards that keep our teams, buildings, and communities safe.

Today’s conversation focused on refrigerant gases and the latest updates to the Florida Building Code, including how these changes impact the way mechanical systems are designed, installed, and serviced.

Staying informed is part of doing the job right. At Jorda Mechanical, we make it a priority to stay up to date with evolving codes, technologies, and industry standards so our teams are prepared for what’s next.🙌

Experience is built in the field.⚙️

For over 40 years, Jorda Mechanical has built its reputation through the people behind every job. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and understanding of the work are what we bring to every project we take on.

It’s experience you can see in the field and trust throughout the job.

At Ocean House Residences, the details start long before construction!

For us at Jorda Mechanical, coordination meetings are what allow us to achieve the high-end vision our clients have for their buildings. In this case, that meant carefully coordinating our mechanical systems to make the high ceilings throughout the residences possible.

Working alongside the Owner’s Rep, GC, and project team, we plan around every detail, finding solutions that deliver the performance the building needs without compromising the design.

That’s where the work really begins.🙌
