Construction is progressing at our Reliance Aviation project at Miami Executive Airport!

The new 34,412 SF aviation facility will feature a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) aircraft hangar with an integrated office component, along with supporting infrastructure, site improvements, and a heavy-duty aircraft apron.

The building's structural framework is taking shape, with the majority of the primary and secondary steel members installed and roof decking approximately 50% complete. Underground storm drainage is nearing completion, with water and sewer installations and slab-on-grade work among the next major activities.

Working alongside Paragon Development LLC and Justin Architects, our team continues to make progress toward delivering this new addition to Miami Executive Airport.

Our team enjoyed connecting with FIU students, discussing career opportunities in the construction industry, and sharing insights into what it takes to build a successful career in construction management.

Another major milestone is in the books at the 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, where we recently celebrated the topping out of this five-story, 110,000 SF development alongside 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽, 𝗖𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 & 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, and the many tradespeople helping bring the project to life.

The celebration recognized the hard work behind reaching this milestone, with BBQ for everyone on site and a raffle featuring plenty of prizes for the crews.

Once complete, Bello will feature 𝟳𝟴 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟲,𝟲𝟬𝟬 𝗦𝗙 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, along with structured parking, residential amenities, improvements to the adjacent existing building, and supporting site enhancements.

Taking to the skies for a look at the latest progress at Flightway Nineteen, a new 93,250 SF multi-tenant industrial warehouse in Hialeah Gardens. With concrete tilt panel er****on, structural steel bar joists, and metal roof deck now complete, the building is taking shape from the ground and from above.
Inside, crews are advancing overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler installations, while roofing work gets underway. Flightway Nineteen will feature 10 tenant bays with warehouse and office space, mezzanines, loading and service areas, along with extensive site and utility improvements.
