Friday morning we started the first phase of this road rehab project. We rough graded the existing material cutting out pot holes and filling in low spots. Over 100 yards of ledge pack was hauled in. The material was graded, crowned, and compacted. Next week we will be wrapping up the second portion of this job.

Last week was spent transforming this logged property into a clean, usable space.

Over the course of the week, we pulled and stacked stumps and roots into burn piles, filled low areas, and rough graded the entire property to create a solid foundation for its next phase.

We also installed drainage ditches to direct rainwater and groundwater away from the work area, helping keep the property dry, stable, and usable for years to come.

We wrapped up this 200ft access road today. Our friends at Central NH Aggregates hauled in around 40 tons of stone. It was graded out, crowned, and compacted.

What was once a wet and overgrown road is now ready for use and will last many years to come.

We had perfect weather today to wrap up this ledgepack driveway project!

We started out by removing any grass/orgaic materials from the driveway and parking area, cleaned out the ditch and lined it with erosion stone.

Next the driveway was rough graded and large rocks were removed.

30 tons of ledgepack was hauled in. It was then graded, crowned, and compacted to ensure proper water runoff which will keep this driveway in great shape for years to come.
