Here we are Making Concrete Dreams Happen in Saybrook, Ohio. First we came in and replaced a section of driveway out front. Then we Installed a new sidewalk connecting the new driveway to the new patio sections out back. Lastly we installed two new patio sections on the back of the house. One we raised up 8” so that the two sections would both be at the same level with no steps. Turned out just like the owner wanted just great. Here we are in Conneaut lake PA making concrete dreams happen. Just a little one day sidewalk removal and replacement. The sidewalk was a brick walk with sand between the bricks which made for a lot of maintenance. So we removed all the bricks, formed up the walks, graded and compacted them ready for concrete. Poured, finished, and backfilled all the walks before heading back to Ohio with another happy homeowner. Here we are in Williamsfield, Ohio making concrete dreams happen. Putting all the porch’s and the steps on three sides of this beautiful new home.
We brought in 20 tons of stone to top off the grade on all the porch’s. Compacted it down and formed all the porch’s. After we poured all the porch’s we went back and put the steps below the porch’s as well as the steps on the porch’s. We then came back and power washed off the entire house and porch’s for a beautifully finished concrete project. So here we are making concrete dreams happen in Conneaut Ohio. Here we have a beautiful back patio that we stamped with jumbo ashler slate, with shades of brown. First we removed the old concrete patio, brought in 10 tons of limestone and compacted it. Formed up the patio with a more serpentine configuration than the old square patio. After we washed and sealed the patio we installed the new sand stone stairs and voila a beautiful patio ready for years of enjoyment. Here we are making concrete dreams happen in Saybrook. Replacing a failing basement wall with our R-24 fox blocks 🦊. We first excavated the wall and demoed the old block wall that had no reinforcement whatsoever and trucked it away. Drilled footers and installed rebar uprights then we began laying up our ICF wall, placing rebar horizontally every course. Once we got to grade we installed the vertical rebar in line with our drilled in uprights. Next poured the wall solid added one course of block on top to seal the deal. Lowered the house back down, backfilled with stone after waterproof membrane applied. For a final touch we installed sidewalk and stairs and walah new 100 year wall. Here we are making concrete dreams happen for one of our favorite couples. They have had us do many different projects. Footers and floors for there garage. Retaining walls, driveways the list goes on. This time we took the drive to the street from where we had stopped by the front of the house last year. We also brought in three tandem loads of soil and regraded the front yard so that everything flowed nicely. Had a great 4 days making concrete dreams happen for the United States Air Force base in Vienna. We got the contract to install 16 spots for campers at the reserve-base. It was a great way to spend a few days removing gravel pads and installing concrete ones. With the spot on help of our partners at SRM Youngstown it went smooth as butter.
