Amber Andress, our operations control manager, is our May Employee of the Month!
Amber is the wife of owner Brian Andress. After hurricane Michael, business was booming! Amber Andress quit her full time job to help her family’s business prosper. She has been a valuable member of our team by implementing various stratagies to help provide our customers with the best quality service. Amber’s favorite thing about working with our company is the culture. In Amber’s words, “Restoration Services values its customers and employees at a high regard. Everyone on our team is cross-trained in all departments so that our clients are provided with a knowledgable source at all times.” Amber loves being a women in the roofing industry. It always shocks people that Amber is willing to put aside her work for the day to get on top of a roof, and help her coworkers finish a job in a timely manner. A fun fact about Amber is that she use to be a cosmetologist, but went back to school to earn her Bachelors in Business. She is the mother of 7 beautiful children, tons of chickens and ducks, a cat, and 4 geese.
Amber works very hard to make sure that our customers have a pleasant experience with our company. She is always willing to step up and help in any way possible. You may recognize Amber and her familiar smiling face coming out to your home, ready to inspect your roof, or her friendly voice helping you on the phone with all your roofing questions.
