Changes coming folks, actually it already has, I’ve dropped my membership with ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and am no longer pursuing home inspections. Because Michigan has no licensing requirements for home inspectors, if someone needs a house looked at I can and will still do that unless your lending institution requires an inspection.
The change coming will be a different company name for LLC and card purposes.
