MBCI BattenLok Embossed wall panels in Midnight Bronze replaced on the front of the building at the existing building gutter edge.

The roofing industry has been experiencing extreme material shortages and increasing long lead times due to several different reasons. The current lead time for polyiso insulation and TPO is approximately 10 months. The National Roofing Contractors Association is reaching out to President Biden's administration for help in getting the manufacturing back to normal. Hopefully something can be done soon. In the mean time, we would appreciate the understanding of all general contractors and owners.

So proud of our crew. We got 276 sqs of roofing installed in just 2 days. That's two adhered layers of 2" insulation and fully adhered TPO. Beautiful job guys!
