The perfect Administrative Assistant will work in our office on a part time basis and communicate with our customers. Our business is to create landscape designs for our customers including Residential/ Commercial landscape Construction, Lawn Care Services, Selected Hardscape Installation along with many other Landscape Hendley Landscaping and Horticultural Services
Description:
• Scheduling services and estimates
• Liaison with service crews and notify crews of changes to scheduling
• Service routing
• Provide superior customer service; answer customer questions and respond to new client inquiries for estimates or consultations
• Coordinate calendars for multiple staff members
• Data entry and typing customer proposals
• Other duties as required
Minimum required skills:
HS diploma + 2 or more years of office administrative experience
Microsoft Word, QuickBooks proficiency
Type 35+ wpm
Ability to learn specialized web based scheduling software
Comfortable with email and social media
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple duties at once
