You’ve never been knocked out or submitted, All loses have unfortunately came from decisions made from the judges. That goes to say never leave your faith in the hands of another. But this should also not discredit the type of fighter you are! customer had a sink that wouldn’t drain. had another plumbing company come out and told he it was a grease clog and would have to cut out the pipe and re pipe it to get it flowing again.

i came out and within 5 minutes had the sink draining by just removing the Air Admittance valve from under the sink. went and got a new one and had her good to go.

hello everyone! for those of you that don’t know me, My name is Michael Poss. i have been in the plumbing industry for 20 years now. it’s not what i wanted to do but it’s what i ended up being really good at.

i’m looking to make a bigger name for myself in this coming year 2024. i’ve opened my own plumbing company and only goal i have for this year is to be successful and do better then i ever have working for THE MAN! my only goal as your plumber is to make sure when i arrive and leave that you will have a complete peace of mind knowing that when i leave your plumbing issues at hand WILL BE RESOLVED.

Good Morning my lovely friends and family members! i’m up and at it early this morning. i had a customer that had a freeze break and needed me to come out ASAP to get the water off and minimize the water damage because the homeowner couldn’t get their valve to shut off.

unfortunately for them they had what is called a Gate valve which has a rising and closing stem in the valve body. after X amount of years being left untouched and not exercised at all they tend to break in the worst times possible. unfortunately for my customers this was that time for them.

i always recommend replacing old or even NEW gate valve’s with a premium ball valve to help prevent this from occurring. you never need it replaced or done until you do, and by then honestly it’s usually to late.

below are some pictures so you can see the difference the 1st pic is the (Gate Valve) and the 2nd pic is the (Ball Valve).

if you by chance have a gate valve in your home for your main shut off valve and would like to replace it, then give me a call anytime at your convenience you will not be disappointed. It’s always better to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to protecting your home!
