Candidates must possess the ability to safely carry 60lbs up a ladder, work at heights, and demonstrate a strong work ethic with a regular attendance record Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work. It’s been a steady winter this year already with chasing chimney clogs and installing liners after chimney fires. Please be safe people. Make sure your chimney is staying clean. These up and down temps can cause condensation inside your chimney which I turn will cause your chimney to build creosote. Call CNS Masonry today to schedule your in-season chimney sweep to insure you don’t have a chimney fire. And if your chimney doesn’t have a liner, we recommend you get that taken care of asap before it’s too late.

CNS Masonry has 2 openings for Laborer/Apprentices. Join our team as a Masonry Laborer/Apprentice and become an integral part of our construction projects. We are seeking hardworking individuals who are passionate about building and have a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist masons with various tasks such as mixing mortar, carrying materials, building scaffold, and preparing work areas.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in construction or masonry work preferred but not required.
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license and must be insurable.
- Ability to work with heights a must.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
