Good luck tonight Coach Tyler Muzzy and the Foxcroft Academy girls basketball team!

Tonight, the Foxcroft Academy Girls' Basketball team is aiming to make history. For only the fourth time since the Maine Principals Association began sponsoring girls' basketball in 1975, the Ponies will compete for a regional championship at the Cross Insurance Center. #3 Foxcroft (17-3) will face off against #1 Mattanawcook Academy (20-0) for the girls' Class C Northern Maine championship at 7:00 PM.

This year's team joins the ranks of the 1986-87 (Class C), 2000-01 (Class B), and 2016-17 (Class B) teams, all of which reached the regional finals. However, no Foxcroft team has ever brought home the gold.
