Job description
An experienced position in the masonry and hardscape field. You have the potential to grow and expand your knowledge and marketability by learning the skilled tasks involved in the Masonry and Hardscape field. We strive to obtain career oriented people who are looking for long term career employment, enrichment and growth.
Job Requirements
This is a very labor intensive position. Employees are required to be able to do heavy lifting, bending, kneeling and cope with the environment on a constant basis throughout the year. Our Crew Leaders will direct our laborers on each project but we need fast learners and employees who can think and proceed without constant supervision.
Necessary Skills
A positive outlook and the ability to learn a variety of tasks is essential. Dependability is a key trait that our employees must have.

It's that time of the year again when our local vocational schools Polytech and Hodgson Vocational Schools get to show case there students and The Brick Doctor Inc gets to be involved with helping with the event. On Wednesday both schools met at the Harrington Fair Grounds to compete and put their masonry skills on display that they have been diligently working on to get to this point. They had a good mix of Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors mixed in. Our own Gaige Benson (Senior) also competed. He has been part of our company for 7 months and has been a great addition to the team. At the end of the day event I think that they should all be very proud of what they accomplished especially being watch by the judges and peers. Can't wait until next week when they bring the top students on stage and recognize their hard work. These kids are our future to carry our trade on, keep slinging mud!
