At this new construction supermarket project in Northern NJ, Cipollini Roofing installed a complete GAF EverGuard® TPO roofing system designed for long-term performance and durability.

The assembly includes adhered TPO, tapered insulation for proper drainage, high-density cover board, and a full system build backed by a 25-year enhanced warranty.

But installation is only part of the process.

In collaboration with IR Analyzers, an Electric Field Vector Mapping (EFVM) scan was performed upon completion to assess the system's integrity and detect any potential breaches before the building went into operation.

This type of testing verifies that the system performs as designed, not just on paper, but in real-world conditions.
