This job had its challenges with a steep grade up to the top. The customer had a lot of water coming down the hill towards the house. We cut out the old busted up asphalt. Added a slot drain with a pop up out into the yard and tilted the new asphalt away from the house extended the parking area 4 more feet for a flawless finish and perfect drainage.

We will give this a month to cure and come back fill all the cracks and seal the rest of the driveway for the finishing touches.

Before and after of Phix dispensary don’t wait to long to have your new asphalt sealed they were starting to see cracks form in 2 year old asphalt we filed them with deery super stretch rubber and gave them a fresh seal coat with Starseal RM.

We recommend sealing your asphalt every 2-3 years. The sealcoat acts as a protective layer for your asphalt locking out water and providing a wear coating for the asphalt underneath. Once you see your asphalt go from a dark black to a lighter shade sometimes even white you should seal it to protect your investment underneath.

Got a call for an emergency sink hole repair. One of our specialties is fixing these old drains in parking lots. The water was backing up and caused the mortar and bricks to fail. We called out partners advance hyrdrovac to clean it out. We dug down found the problem fixed the bricks re-mortared to seal it back up. Backfilled and topped it back off with 4 inches of asphalt no more sink holes for years to come.

We fixed these potholes in the Southtown plaza. We treated the crew for all of our first experience with Mediterranean food and we will definitely be eating there again soon.

Stay tuned in a few more weeks after the patches cure. We will be back to fill cracks with deery super stretch put a nice thick layer of Starseal RM squeegee sealed then finishing up with some nice new stripes.

Highly recommend trying Johnny’s Mediterranean.

This driveway was long overdue for a crack filling and seal. First we clean all the cracks. Then we edge the driveway while our commercial grade rubber is melting. Once the rubber has reached temperature we begin filling the cracks. Once the cracks are filled we use the best Star seal sealer available and we hand apply with a squeegee or a brush for the best results and the thickest coating.

We recommend having your driveway maintained every 2–3 years for a best care practice. Especially after the hard winter we just had.
