Recently, a contractor told us: “We love working with Oakley, it feels like such a team”.
We took that to heart.
Since the first house, we have encouraged subcontractors, employees, and clients to all work closely together. Luckily, it’s working. Our sites have a genuine sense of camaradery to them, we are so proud to foster a strong community.
After 250 homes, we can confidently say team work means the dream (home) work!
