Watching a simple house turn into an intentional home begins with bold, site-responsive design choices. Our deep slate exterior palette completely modernizes the timeless gabled roofline, creating a confident presence that stays warm and approachable.
Lush hosta plantings wrap around the walkways, naturally softening the concrete lines and connecting the front veranda directly to the surrounding greenery. It sets an inviting tone from the very first step onto the property, ensuring arriving home feels like a calm, restorative pause.

Adding a full-width front porch gave this classic blue Cape Cod cottage both weather protection and a quiet outdoor living room framed by historic trim details. Hanging ferns along the crisp white railing and stone-lined garden beds below soften the home's clean architectural lines with layered natural textures. It bridges the gap between cozy indoor lounging and the surrounding landscape, welcoming family and guests with an immediate sense of warmth.
This intentional outdoor extension turns everyday arrivals into a peaceful ritual that makes coming home the best part of the day.

I’m not saying every single problem in your life can be solved by going for a walk; I’m just saying there’s almost no problem that can be made WORSE by going for a walk.

Shopping and looking for waterfront properties is hard work! But we love it all!

There is a quiet grace to a home that lets the outside world fade away the moment you step through the door. ✨
Three full stories of brick and stone embrace open, light-flooded spaces where coffered ceilings and barrel vaults add subtle, timeless luxury. Large openings draw your eye directly to the wooded cul-de-sac beyond, creating a seamless connection between curated interiors and natural surroundings.
This home is crafted not for show, but for the beauty of unhurried mornings and shared family memories.

It has been 0 days since a school shooting in the US.

You can shove your thoughts and prayers.

They don’t do a damn bit of good for those parents whose babies didn’t come home from ELEMENTARY school today.

DO BETTER. VOTE LIKE YOUR KIDS’ LIVES DEPEND ON IT. BECAUSE THEY DO.

Encaustic pattern floor tiles give this functional workspace a distinct personality that connects seamlessly with the rest of the home. Soft creams and charcoal grays in the tile pattern work alongside custom upper cabinets to keep cleaning supplies neatly hidden away.
The thoughtful layout gives every daily ritual a clear place, turning laundry duty into a quiet moment of order and calm.
When utility spaces are designed around real living habits, the entire house functions with greater harmony. 👔🫧
