this is a job we did out in Bancroft, we removed the existing shingle roof that was failing due to wind damage.

We inspected the entire wood deck for any root or damage, then started fresh with new ice and water shield on all valleys, eaves, roof to wall transitions, and around all penetrations.

The remainder of the roof received a 30lb synthetic felt, new 90 degree metal drip edge, new pipe flashings, new metal roof vents, GAF Starter strip, GAF HDZ shingles in the color "Charcoal" and a GAF Seal-a-ridge to top it all off.

Another one bites the dust. We removed the existing roof, installed new ice shield, felt drip edge, and a GAF roof system in the color (you guessed it) Charcoal. From start to finish in one day. It amazing what one day and some new shingles can do to a homes appearance.

We removed the existing layers of roofing. One layer of bar tile, one layer of shingles and two layers of wood shake roofing.

We then installed new 7/16s osb on the entire home to give us a fresh clean slate. We of course added Ice and Water Shield on all eaves, valleys, transitions, walls, and all penetrations.

We installed synthetic felt on the remainder of the roof. This home received a UHDZ Shingle in the color "Charcoal" with Black vents to add the finishing touch.

We removed the existing out dated roofing on this slope sheeted the roof deck with new 7/16 osb with a cricket diversion behind the chimney
Ice and water shield on the eave and around all penetrations
30lb synthetic felt on the remainder of the roof deck
We then installed a new drip edge on the perimeter of the slope
New metal pipe flashings
New ridge vent attic ventilation
Topped with a GAF Natural Shadow Shingle in the color “Weathered Wood“.

This job was a full tear off of a beautiful home located in Pocatello.

We removed the existing layers of failing shingles. Stripped the roof down to the wood decking and started from scratch.
We installed new white drip edge, fresh ice and water shield on all eaves, valleys and around all penetrations.
We installed new synthetic felt on the remainder of the roof deck, and a new GAF HDZ Shingle in the color "Charcoal" with black vents painted to match pipes and Charcoal ridge cap to complete this beautiful job,
