This week we were proud to accept the Partner of the Year award from The Arc of Chester County . We have been supporting and helping with small projects at The Arc of Chester County for 6 years now. The amazing work that this great organization does in the community for disabled individuals is absolutely incredible! While building restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations is a ton of fun, its projects for organizations like The Arc of Chester County that humble us and make us feel thankful to be part of this great community. A lot of progress has been made here at Flagship Carwash on Tulip Street in Philly! The pits have been poured, and interior framing is going up! On the exterior of the building curbs are going in. Next on the docket is stone and asphalt!

We are excited to welcome all the visitors from all over the world to our wonderful city for the FIFA World Cup ! The World Cup only happens every 4 years and we are incredibly excited to be able to host matches in Philadelphia! We hope that visitors get to experience some of the wonderful products from some of our great clients like Wawa, PJ Whelihans , and Spread Bagelry! While in town we suggest you plan your meals out like this! Start your morning off by grabbing a coffee and bagel at Spread Bagelry …the rosemary olive oil bagels are the best! Then stop into any of the great Wawa locations for lunch and pick up a classic hoagie, maybe even a soft pretzel! Then top your day off at P.J. We are off to the races at East Caln Business Park! Footings are beginning to be poured and the overall jobsite is being put together. The project consists of a new pre-engineered metal building that will house several different tenants. More to come on this exciting project and what will be going inside this building!

Burtons Grill & Bar in Parsippany NJ is officially beginning to take shape! The metal stud wall framing is going up and creating the new layout for this amazing restaurant! Next on the docket is plumbing and electrical rough-ins so that we can carry on with the beautiful finishes at this establishment!

Construction is about to begin on this new and exciting Advance Auto Parts in Wyomissing! Stay tuned for progress updates as we transform this old pharmacy into an auto parts distribution center!

Our ESOP Communications committee did an incredible job of coordinating a presentation on general ESOP awareness for our employee owners. The presentation brought our entire company together across our many job sites and states! Thank you to Blue Ridge Associates for the great presentation!

Work has been progressing nicely over at our Flagship Carwash – Tulip Street PHL project! On the exterior of the building, the reclaimed tanks have been set and piped and on the interior, the large concrete tunnel has been poured. When going through a carwash most people do not realize what they are driving over top of! There is a maze of piping and infrastructure beneath the surface inside and outside at a carwash!
