Honestly, the best part of our job is figuring out how you actually live in your space🪞

We love working side-by-side with homeowners to nail down those custom details that bring both style and durability. For this room, the footprint didn't change at all, but the vibe completely did.

It’s now a seamless home office that transitions into a cozy whiskey sitting area right after work. Our crew added custom ceiling beams to give it some architectural character, and with the rich, color-drenched walls and Treehouse Gallery furniture, it feels like a total retreat.

How can a single small detail completely refresh a room and give it a unique character?

The footprint of this bedroom didn't change at all, but look at the transformation. We added a stunning beam at the top of the ceiling, which transformed the room by adding a lot of character.

Our team also reimagined the storage. The couple changed the closet locations and added custom built-ins. This way, they both kept their own special space.

We had the great pleasure of working with John and Jennifer. Together, we transformed the infrastructure and fixtures in their lovely home.

We were honored to serve as the general contractors for the Florida Fleur project in St. Petersburg, partnering with French & French Interiors to bring their vision to life. Our focus was on establishing a strong structural identity. We meticulously executed the classic black and white checkered tile floors and segmented arches, creating a sophisticated backdrop for the design's rich tones and bold floral motifs.

It was a special experience to focus on the ceiling as a key part of the home’s character. We truly enjoyed the process of building these intricate coffered details, as they bring a delicate European touch that feels so right alongside the Old Florida spirit.

Welcome to Part 3. In this final phase, we focused on the home’s structure. Working with the vision of French & French Interiors, we redefined the space through thoughtful architectural additions.

While many projects focus on tearing walls down, we added them, incorporating custom arches and wall features to give this home the "definition" and soul it deserves.

The highlight of the powder bath is the stunning 12x12 natural stone floor with a classic black-and-cream checkered pattern, bringing that authentic European flair to life.
