Another exterior transformation completed by the team at North Point Exteriors 👏🏽

This home got a full refresh starting with the removal of the old siding and replacement with beautiful Everlast Siding for a clean, long-lasting finish. We paired it with StoneCraft Veneer Stone in Ledgestone to add texture, depth, and timeless curb appeal.

The outdoor space got a major upgrade too with a newly refaced deck featuring TimberTech Terrain+ grooved composite decking in Weathered Oak, along with all new railings and posts to complete the look. We also installed new gutters and downspouts in Musket Brown for the perfect finishing touch.

From top to bottom, this home now has durability, low maintenance, and a completely updated look that will last for years to come.

REVEAL TIME: Historical Home 🏡✨

This 100+ year old historic home in Ivyland Borough has officially been brought back to life. Our team carefully removed the old cedar siding, re-insulated the entire home, and transformed it with James Hardie Iron Gray — the 2026 Color of the Year.

Historic renovations are always special to us because it’s about more than just updating a home — it’s about preserving its character and integrity for generations to come. We’re incredibly proud of how this transformation turned out and honored to have been trusted with such a beautiful piece of Ivyland history. 👏

At this initial measurement appointment, we took the time to really listen. We walked the property with the homeowner, talked through their vision, pointed out areas of concern, and educated them on what’s actually happening with their exterior.

No pressure. No sales pitch. Just honest conversation and expert guidance.

Because when you start with understanding—not selling—you set the foundation for a project done right.

🏡 Pine Lane Project — Progress Update
We don’t miss the opportunity to bring a house back to life, no matter the size.

It started with stripping off the original cedar siding and getting down to a clean base. Then we moved to the roof — and that’s where things got real.

Once we pulled back the shingles, we found two layers of roofing and decking that was completely rotted through. For some crews that’s a problem. For us, it’s just part of the job. We removed all the roof decking, framed out the soffits and overhangs from scratch to code, and installed new 5/8” plywood throughout. Solid foundation, done right.

From there we shifted to the trim work — and this house is looking sharp. Every window and door is fully trimmed out using Boral, and we ran a clean 10” Boral skirt board around the base of the home. The details are what set a project like this apart.
Tomorrow we wrap up the roof — and we’re especially looking forward to one finishing touch: copper chimney flashing. On a historic home like this, that’s the kind of detail that gives it the classic, timeless look it deserves. 🏚️✨

He's HERE! 👶

Rocky Fantacone made his grand entrance into the world on March 13th at 6:30 PM — and he came in strong at 8.5 lbs and 22 inches long! 💪

For everyone who has been checking in on Ashley and asking for updates — your wait is over, and the answer is: he is perfect! We are so grateful for the love and support so many of you have shown. It's a true reminder of what makes the North Point community so special.

Joe & Ashley — congratulations!!! You are going to be the most incredible parents, and little Rocky is one lucky kid. 🌟
