Water Feature Maintenance and Construction Technician

We are a small family-owned pond design and construction company has been designing, building and maintaining beautiful ponds, streams, and waterfalls for over 20 years and located in Chalfont. We are looking for a hard-working, reliable team player with positive attitude to join us and help create and maintain custom water features. We are specialists in backyard ecosystem ponds, Pondless waterfalls and fountainscapes.
We are looking for someone that will be dedicated to bringing the best we have to offer our customers. We construct one of a kind works of art and take great pride in this as well as our high standard of customer service.
This is a hands-on outdoor position that requires physical activity, stamina and working as part of a team to build one-of-a-kind aquascapes.
Job Responsibilities
As a Pond Service Maintenance and Construction tech, you will be maintaining, repairing, rebuilding and cleaning eco system water features and ponds across the Bucks and Montgomery County area. We have a high standard of the quality of service we provide. Ideal candidate will be able to work independently, problem solve, be a self starter, good customer communications, take notes on daily activities. Our Pond Service Technicians are the best in Bucks County, and we have a high standard of the quality of service we provide.
• A 30 day training period is required
• Cleaning of ponds, pondless waterfalls, and other water
features
• Recurring standard maintenance of water features
• Diagnosis of potential issues related to water clarity, water
loss, reduced water flow, and other issues as they arise
• Repairs to and rebuilding portion of features as needed
• Be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
• Work as part of a small team construction of ponds, streams
and waterfalls
• Take notes on service calls on a daily basis and submit at end
of the day
• Follow safety practices while using tools and equipment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Availability Monday–Friday and overtime during the spring
season. Saturdays may be needed on occasion if prior week
had weather issues, otherwise weekends off. Overtime during
peak seasons. Hours may vary based on project demands and
seasonal workload.
• Be able to work independently, problem solve, be a

• As a Pond Service Technician, you will be responsible for
providing high quality maintenance service to our clients
• Good physical fitness – job involves digging, lifting
rocks/materials and be comfortable working outdoors in
varying weather conditions
• Should be able to lift 50lbs
• Safety-conscious mindset
• Good customer service and communication skills are a must.
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and motivation. Be dependable
• Knowledge of the pond industry or water gardening is a plus
but not required (we will train the right person) Landscape
experience is beneficial

A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are required for the position. Company vehicle, tools, work shirts, sweatshirts provided.

• Paid vacation after 6 months and paid holidays after 45 days.
• Wages $19 - $30 based on experience. As you learn new skills
and have the ability to work unsupervised, your wage will
increase.
