People often ask do we build small homes? As long as we can build to our standards, size does not matter!! We finished this small home for a customer that is using it as a rental unit. Customer wanted the house to have old cape cod look! The house was rented out the week we finished construction.

Been a while since I put anything on here for KCA. We have been too busy! But wanted to put this cool foundation on here that we did earlier. I know foundations are boring to some. But this was massive! 3200 square feet of 10’ high Poured walls, plus 1100 square foot of garage, and 650 square feet of porch. Lot of foundation! This House is finished now. Hoping to post finished pics sometime soon. Turned out awesome.
